I like the motor on my trike/velomobile because I can commute to work a
distance, protected from the weather,  and carrying a load that would be
unworkable without it.

A 25 mile commutes is not doable without the assist, it is pleasure with
it.  It knocks 30 points of my BP as a bonus.
