John:
there is no random decay or anything else - only things that happen without
our - so far - accessed explanation. 1000years ago there was more 'random'.
We would not see 'order' (predicatibility) if anything could interfere
randomly.

*...."that doesn't mean a AI can not be built..."*
AI could be built if we can include ALL details (still hidden) into our
today shaky term of intelligence. Otherwise it is all only anticipated AI
according to the limits of our kraxlwerk
(=present primitive computer). Bruno's 'universal' is different, but I did
not see it so far (only ourselves, with our 'shaky' (again) intelligence.)
*
I do nt care who and what cleared in QM - the variation of the explanatory
math-based 'figment' PHYSICS in human terms - the MWI counts on identical
universes - yet changed by individual local development of the transfered
units (my narrative speaks about all *different* universes - as 'formed' by
diverse qualia from the totality to begin with.)

About *observer*: IMO ANYTHING (not anybody) receiving ANY information
(=observation) is an observer. And those items responding to info about *
relations* are conscious (fits well into the 'dozens-a-dime' theories of
consciousness).
