Hallo Toby agus a h -uile duine,

Having just spent a few weeks in Cape Breton (and a few days at the home
of a native Gaelic speaker) I can happily say no, I have never
encountered such an attitude.

Everyone I met was more than willing to help and share - it was a
wonderful experience.
