The only problem developing on android is, all those versions. See not all phones run the same version. So what works on one may not work on others. So its not worth writing a version for every release of android. And yes, the android list reports breakage with apps on every release of android including with accessibility. So that would be a headache no programmer wants to tackle doing more support than programming.
