I have liked what I have seen so far but I am only up to episode 4. I really love the mecha designs so that may be influencing my opinions. As a die-hard LOST fan I don't have expectations of when or how things will be shown and/or explained.

Me, I've actually enjoyed Seed and Seed Destiny as popcorn fare, and proceed to do so with Gundam 00. While I do appreciate well-made anime that can appeal to adults as well, I always keep in mind that it's still anime, and may have to appeal to a different market, too - especially in the case of something like Gundam, which has more than the show to think about.
