Naah... We can't just rule out something because it's a dumb idea... :)  It
might just be feasible...
Even if you gotta run 240 volts and run a auxillary alternator to drive it.
If it makes your fuel colder, then your car's gotta run better right?

But then again... It may just be a serious performance option!!
