TODAY IN BARI SIGNING OF THE PROTOCOL BETWEEN MONTENEGRO AND PULLIA
PODGORICA- An agreement about cooperation between the Montenegrin Economic Chamber and Chamber of the Italian district Pulia will be signed in Bary today. In addition to representatives of the Chamber of economy, representatives of the Agency for small and medium enterprises, the Agency for reconstruction and foreign investments and the Montenegrin Fond for development will be co-signatories of the agreement. MONTENEGRIN PREMIER FILIP VUJANOVIC EDUCATIONAL REFORMS PODGORICA- Announcing implementation of the reforms in education, Montenegrin Premier Filip Vujanovic said that the Ministry of science and education, respecting experiences from the country and abroad, had prepared a new educational conception in accordance with the European practice and visions of the future. Vujanovic was speaking at the solemn academy organized on the 100th anniversary of the High School in Pljevlja. MONTENEGRIN CENTRAL BANK DIRECTOR MILOICA DAKIC EURO WILL NOT DEVALUATE IN MONTENEGRO PODGORICA- Euro is going to be the sole legal tender in Montenegro from January 1 2002, which is just one more step toward integration into European community - Director of the Montenegrin Central bank Miloica Dakic said, introducing the new currency in Podgorica. Dakic said that Montenegro would have mechanisms to protect Euro, since every Central bank has legal obligation to protect value of the currency introduced in the country. "JAVORAK" NIKSIC AND ISRAEL LUMBER-PROCESSING COMPANY SIGNED A CONTRACT ABOUT MANAGEMENT PODGORICA- Representatives of the timber processing group IMWG from Israel and Forest Industrial company "Javorak" from Niksic have signed recently a contract about management, whose aim is to ensure export of products from "Javorak" to the world market. According to the contract the Israel Company provides necessary materials for continuos production. "JUGOOCEANIJA" FROM KOTOR CLEARS A DEBT BY SELLING TWO SHIPS TO THE LLOYD BANK PODGORICA- "Jugooceanija" from Kotor is going to clear its debt to the Lloyd bank by selling two ships, "Grand mariner" and "Grand carrier", which will be enough to pay back DEM 7,5 million, after the Montenegrin Government paid million and a half dollars. According to assessments of the Broker Company, the ship "Grand carrier" is worth around dollars 3,7 million, while the "Grant mariner" can be sold for dollars 4,3 million. MONTENEGRIN ARTISTS AT "SPRING SALOON" IN PARIS CONFIRMATION OF ARTISTIC VALUES PODGORICA- Commenting participation of the Montenegrin painters at the renowned international painting manifestation "The spring saloon" in Paris, its President Jean Fransois said that the audience from Paris was very surprised by the quality and variety of stiles of the Montenegrin artistic works. Ugovorom je predvideno da izraelska kompanija obezbjeduje potrebne kolicine sirovina za kontinuiranu proizvodnju.
