MONTENEGRO AND REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA PREMIERS FOR JOINT PROGRAMS TO THE
INTERNATIONAL DONORS
PRIORITY BUILDING ROADS AND HE DAM

PODGORICA- Premiers of Montenegro and Republic of Srpska Filip Vujanovic
and Mladen Ivanic discussed yesterday in Banja Luka joint programs to be
offered to international financial institutions and to the Pact for
Stability of Southeastern Europe.

Among them is construction of roads Herceg Novi-Trebinje and
Srbinje-Podgorica, which have special importance for improvement of
economic cooperation and for citizens' of two republics.

During the meeting Premiers have also considered financing of
hydroelectric dam Buk Bijela, with Montenegrin participation of 30% and
Republic of Srpska 70 %.

MEETING OF MONTENEGRIN AND CROATIAN CHIEF OF DIPLOMACY IN NEW YORK
MEETING ABOUT PENINSULA SOON IN MONTENEGRO

PODGORICA- Montenegrin Minister of Foreign Affairs Branko Lukovac met
yesterday in New York with Chief of Croatian Diplomacy Tony Picula.

Montenegrin and Croatian Ministers of Foreign Affairs during the meeting
agreed to have a meeting of both states' experts soon in Montenegro, to
reconsider all aspects of peninsula Prevlaka, including the matter of
border demarcation.


OSCE DELEGATION IN MONTENEGRO 
INTERESTED IN REFERENDUM'S MATTER

PODGORICA- The OSCE Delegation is going to visit Montenegro, Thursday,
November 15, Podgorica's "Vijesti" informs.

Representatives of the OSCE Office in Podgorica did not confirm
officially what would be the subject of talks with Montenegrin
officials.

However, it is expected that the OSCE delegation would be primarily
interested in matter related with forthcoming referendum.

SESSION WILL BE CONTINUED TODAY

PODGORICA- MP's of the Montenegrin Parliament should discuss a
suggestion of the Law on referendum about the state-legal status of
Montenegro, prepared by the parliamentary commission.

The first session of the second regular meeting of the Montenegrin
Parliament, which did not start its work on November 6 because there was
not quorum, will be continued today. 

COORDINATOR OF THE MONTENEGRIN WORKING GROUP IGOR JOVOVIC
EUROPEAN UNION OFFERS HELP TO REFORMS IN MONTENEGRO 

PODGORICA- At recently held second session of the Consulting Working
Group of the European Union for the FRY, the Montenegrin delegation
presented legislative changes in the area of energy, telecommunication,
transport and customs.

Coordinator of the Montenegrin Government's Working Group Igor Jovovic
said that the EU was going to provide Euros 15 million for the projects
of infrastructure, administrative reforms, development of small and
medium enterprises and agriculture.


BUILDING OF CABLE RAILWAY KOTOR-LOVCEN
JOB CONFIDED TO THE FOREIGN PARTNERS

PODGORICA- Project of building the cable railway Kotor-Lovcen, worth
around DEM 30 million will be realized by the Austrian company "Girak
Garaventa", and "Siemens", with help of Budva's company "Merkur".

Municipality of Kotor will be included in the project by offering
property in Grbaljska fields for the first station of the future cable
railway.

ADRIATIC SHIPYARD BIJELA
COOPERATION WITH FOREIGN PARTNERS

PODGORICA- Representatives of the Adriatic Shipyard Bijela recently
signed new contracts about repair and refurbishment of ships from
Ukraine and United Kingdom.

The London shipyard has sent an expert agent, who gave a guaranty that
the British ships would arrive in Bijela  in the beginning of next year.

Gore i Republike Srpske pred finansijskim medjunarodnim organizacijama i

Radi se o projektima izgradnje putava Herceg Novi - Trebinje i Srbinje -
Podgorica, koji imaju poseban znacaj za unapredjenje privredne saradnje
i komunikaciju gradjana Crne Gore i Republike Srpske.  

Razgovarano je i o izgradnji Hidroelektrane (HE) Buk Bijela u kojoj Crna
Gora ucestvuje sa 30, a Republika Srpska sa 70 odsto sredstava.

Podgorica - Crnogorski ministar inostranih poslova Branko Lukovac susreo
se juce u Njujorku sa sefom hrvatske diplomatije Tonijem Piculom.

Ministri inostranih poslova Crne Gore i Hrvatske tom prilikom dogovorili
su da se uskoro u Crnoj Gori odrzi sastanak eksperata te dvije drzave,
na kojima ce se razmatrati svi aspekti pitanja Prevlake, ukljucujuci i
razgranicenje. 

DELEGACIJA OEBS-a  U CETVRTAK U CRNOJ GORI 
INTERESOVANJE ZA REFERENDUM 

Podgorica - Delegacija OEBS-a boravice u cetvrak, 15. novembra u Crnoj
Gori, pisu podgoricke "Vijesti". 

U kancelariji OEBS-a u Podgorici nijesu zvanicno potvrdili sastav
delegacije, kao ni teme koje ce biti predmet razgovora sa  crnogorskim
zvanicnicima, mada se pretpostavlja da ce delegaciju OEBS-a najvise
interesovati pitanja o predstojecem referendumu.

DANAS NASTAVAK ZASIJEDANJA

Podgorica - Poslanici crnogorskog Parlamenta danas bi trebali da se
izjasnjavaju o Predlogu zakona o referendumu o drzavno-pravnom statusu
Crne Gore koji je uradila parlamentarna komisija.

Danasnje zasijedanje Skupstine je nastavak prve sjednice drugog redovnog
zasijedanja, koja zbog nedostatka kvoruma nije pocela  rad 6. novembra.

grupe Evropske unije za SRJ, crnogorska delegacija je prezentovala
promjene u zakonodavstvu u oblastima energetike, telekomunikacija,
transporta i carinskog sistema. 

Koordinator Radne grupe Vlade Crne Gore Igor Jovovic je rekao da  EU
Crnoj Gori dati 15 miliona evra za projekte infrastrukture,
administrativnih reformi, razvoju malog i srednjeg preduzetnistva i
poljoprivrede.

Opstina Kotor u taj projekat ce se ukljuciti ustupanjem zemljista u
