PREMIER FILIP VUJANOVIC ABOUT REFERENDUM 
TO BRIDGE POLITICAL DIVISIONS

PODGORICA- Interest of Montenegro is to bridge divisions through a
political agreement of all parliamentary parties-President of the
Montenegrin Government Filip Vujanovic said to radio "Busola", from
Herceg Novi. 

Vujanovic expressed belief in determination and patience of Montenegrin
parties to reach a political agreement.

Vujanovic reminded that the Democratic Party of Socialist (DPS) offered
creation of all-inclusive government as a condition for organizing
independence referendum that would be recognized and acceptable for
everybody. 

CHIEF OF MONTENEGRIN POLICE
DECISION OF GENERAL STRUGAR IS IN INTEREST OF MONTENEGRO

PODGORICA-Decision of general Strugar to surrender willingly to the
Hague Tribunal is highly moral, in his interest and in the interest of
Montenegro as well - Chief of Montenegrin policy Andrija Jovicevic said
at yesterday's press conference.

The Montenegrin Government has already offered guarantees to the Hague
Tribunal that general Strugar, after certain period, could defend
himself from freedom  - Jovicevic said. 

He added that the Hague Tribunal did not make any pressure on Montenegro
surrender gen Strugar until certain deadline.

Jovicevic pointed out that even others, under investigation of the
Tribunal, should follow the example of  gen Strugar.


MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS ANDRIJA JOVICEVIC SAID
SECURITY SITUATION IN MONTENEGRO STABLE

PODGORICA- Security situation in Montenegro is stable, and the Ministry
of Internal Affairs will take all necessary measure, preventive and
others, to preserve peace in the future - Minister of Internal Affairs
Andrija Jovicevic said.

Jovicevic emphasized that there are no indications for incidents, like
in Macedonia, at south of Serbia and Kosovo. He has also confirmed that
there are no Albanian terrorist groups in Montenegro.

Chief of the Montenegrin police announced new legal solutions, which
will enable broad autonomy of  police work in relation to political
parties and bigger parliamentary control of security service. 


COOPERATION BETWEEN ADRIATIC SHIPYARD AND AGENCY "AZALEA" FROM ROTTERDAM
CENTER FOR TRAINING OF SEAMEN

PODGORICA-  In the Adriatic shipyard in Bijela started building of the
Center for training seamen and ship repair experts.

This is the first center for training of Montenegrin seamen.
Constructing was arranged between the Adriatic shipyard from Bijela and
Agency for employment of seamen from "Azalea" (Rotterdam).

Training center will fulfill all international standards and seamen will
receive official certificate, recognized by every domestic and foreign
company.

 
   
SHIP "OVER SEAS MERILIN" SAILED INTO THE PORT BAR 
MORE THAN 12 THOUSAND TONS OF GOODS

PODGORICA- Ship "Over seas Merilin" is going to sail into the port of
Bar with 12.000 tons of goods delivered for the needs of the "World food
program".

Two more ships are expected to sail into the port with 7.000 tons of
goods each.

Podgorica - Interes Crne Gore da izadje iz prostora podijeljenosti uz
politicki dogovor svih parlamentarnih stranaka, rekao je predsjednik
Vlade Crne Gore Filip Vujanovic Radiju "Busola" iz Herceg Novog. 

Vujanovic je izrazio uvjerenje da parlamentarne stranke u Crnoj Gori
imaju dovoljno odlucnosti i strpljenja za politicki sporazum. 

Vujanovic je podsjetio da je Demokratska partija socijalista (DPS) dala
politicku ponudu da se u susret referendumu preko kontracione vlade
stvore uslovi da se on realizuje u stabilnim prilikama i da se njegov
rezultat prizna i ustavno implementira. 



SEF CRNOGORSKE POLICIJE OCIJENIO:
ODLUKA GENERALA STRUGARA JE I U INTERESU CRNE GORE

Podgorica - Odluka generala Pavla Strugara da dobrovoljno ode u Hag
visoko je moralna i u njegovom je interesu, kao i u interesu drazave
Crne Gore - ocijenio je sef crnogorske policije Andrija Jovicevic na
jucerasnjoj press konferenciji. 

- Vlada Crne Gore se vec obavezala da pruzi sve neophodne garancije
Haskom tribunalu da se general Strugar, nakon odredjenog vremena, brani
sa slobode, kazao je Jovicevic, dodajuci da od strane Haskog tribunala
ne postoji pritisak prema Crnoj Gori u smislu odredjivanja krajnjeg roka
do kada Strugar treba da otputuje u Hag.

On je istakao da i drugi koji su pod istragom tribunala treba da slijede
primjer Pavla Strugara.



MINISTAR UNUTRASNJIH POSLOVA ANDRIJA JOVICEVIC IZJAVIO: 
BEZBJEDNOSNA SITUACIJA U CRNOJ GORI STABILNA

Podgorica - Bezbjednosna situacija u Crnoj Gori je stabilna, a MUP ce
preduzeti potrebne preventivne i druge mjere da bi se ona odrzala i u
narednom periodu - ocijenio je crnogorski ministar policije Andrije
Jovicevic.

On je istakao da ne postoje indicije koje bi ukazivale na mogucnost
incidentata slicnih onima u Makedoniji, na jugu Srbije i Kosovu i da u
Crnoj Gori nema albanskih teroristickih grupa.

Sef crnogorske policije je najavio i nova zakonska rjesenja koja ce
znaciti depolitizaciji institucija bezbjednosti u Crnoj Gori.


SARADNJA JADRANSKOG BRODOGRADILISTA I AGENCIJE "AZALEA" IZ ROTERDAMA
CENTAR ZA OBUKU POMORACA

Podgorica - U Jadranskom borodgradilistu u Bijeloj pocela je izgradnja
centra za obuku pomoraca i specijalista za rad u brodoremontu. 

To je prvi centar za obuku crnogorskih pomoraca, a njegovu izgradnju su
dogovorili Jadransko brodogradiliste iz Bijele i Agencija za ukrcaj
pomoraca "Azalea" iz Roterdama. 

Trening centar ce ispunjavati sve standarde predvidjene medjunarodnim
normama, a pomorci ce dobijati zvanicni certifikat, koje ce priznavati
sve domace i strane kompanije.  




U BARSKU LUKU UPLOVLJAVA BROD "OVER SEAS MERILIN"
BROD SA VISE OD 12 HILJADA TONA ROBE

Podgorica - U Luku Bar danas ce uploviti brod "Over seas Merilin" koji
ce dopremiti oko 12.000 tona robe za potrebe "Svjetskog programa hrane".


U barskoj luci ocekuju uplovljavanje jos dva broda na koje ce biti
ukrcano oko 7.000 tona tereta.
