PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSION TO DRAFT LAW ON REFERENDUM
ONE OR TWO REFERENDUM'S QUESTIONS

PODGORICA- Montenegrin Parliamentary commission to prepare suggestion of
the law on referendum today is going to decide weather there will be one
or two questions at forthcoming referendum about state-status of
Montenegro.

The Commission will also confirm deadlines of referendum's scheduling.

THE HAGUE TRIBUNAL
GOVERNMENT WILL GUARANTEE HE CAN STANDS TRIAL FROM MONTENEGRO

PODGORICA- "General Pavle Strugar made the first move when decided to
cooperate with the Hague Tribunal", Montenegrin Premier Filip Vujanovic
said to Podgorica's daily "Vijesti".

Vujanovic said this was very responsible move "of the man at very
serious military function and that Montenegrin Government will undertake
everything in its power to help Strugar to prove his innocence".

Premier pointed out that Montenegro and its Government would guarantee
protection of Strugar in Montenegro and that he would be available to
the Hague Tribunal whenever it needed him.  

AMBASSADOR IN MIP OF MONTENEGRO ABOUT RELATIONS WITH THE HAGUE
MONTENEGRO WILL COOPERATE

PODGORICA- Official Montenegro is ready to cooperate in delivery of
indicted for the war crimes, residing in Montenegro- Ambassador in the
Ministry of External affairs (MIP) of Montenegro Igor Jovovic said,
commenting latest Hague Tribunal charges relating with "Dubrovnic case".

Jovovic pointed out that Hague requirements directed to Montenegro did
not decrease the responsibility of the Yugoslav authorities and that
Montenegro "independent from Yugoslav authorities that will be ready to
cooperate with the International Institutions".
 
CONGRESS OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SOCIALISTS ANNOUNCES
INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED STATE OF MONTENEGRO

PODGORICA- Adopting the new Program and Statue at the Fourth Congress,
the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) started its fight for
renewal of the Montenegrin independence.

DPS Vice President Milo Djukanovic said that defining of the new
political platform on independent, internationally recognized state of
Montenegro, as the new page in history of the Party and Montenegro.

Djukanovic invited all political parties in Montenegro to neglect
parties' interests and programs and " to contribute, responsibly and
with courage, to the realization of the most important, state-legal
status of the Republic, in a European manner".   

Pointing out that process of state emancipation of Montenegro, can not
be stopped, Djukanovic added that there was no objective reason, which
would deny the Montenegrins' right on independent choice of the future
state status, which has not been denied to any nation all over the
world.

  
 
MONTENEGRIN MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS PREPARES RAPPORT ABOUT
INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM
MORE RIGID CONTROL OF THE PLANES, BORDER AND VISA'S ISSUING

PODGORICA- Montenegrin Government rconsidered information about
terrorism at recent session and obligated Ministry of External Affairs,
Ministries of Tourism and Internal Affairs to form a working group,
which will make a report on global terrorism and its effects on
Montenegro.

Chief of Montenegrin diplomacy Branko Lukovac said that the main aim of
the report was to help creation of global alliance, also supported by
Montenegro, which would prevent and stop terrorism.

This means more rigid control of airline traffic, issuing of visas,
border control and cooperation with the international institutions as
well as preventing and freezing of all accounts that might be used by
terrorists. 

MONTENEGRIN BUREAU FOR EMPLOYMENT
AGENCIES EMPLOY DOMESTIC SEAMEN

PODGORICA- The Montenegrin Bureau for employment will sign soon a
contract on giving permission for employment of seamen at foreign ships,
with agencies which applied for the job by public announcement.

"Seamonte" from Kotor and "Azalea" from Herceg Novi will get licenses.

PODGORICA -  Komisja Skupstine Crne Gore za izradu predloga zakona o
referendumu danas ce odluciti da li ce biti jedno ili dva referendumska
pitanja na predstojecem referendumu o drzavno - pravnom statusu Crne
Gore.

Komsija ce dogovoriti i rokove o odrzavanju referenduma.

VLADA CE DATI HAGU GARANCIJE DA SE STRUGAR BRANI SA SLOBODE

PODGORICA -  "General Pavle Strugar napravio je pravi potez kada je
odlucio da saradjuje sa Haskim tribunalon", rekao je za podgoricke
"Vijesti" crnogorski premijer Filip Vujanovic. 

Vujanovic je ocijenio da je to veoma odgovoran potez "covjeka koji se
nalazio na ozbiljnoj vojnoj funkciji, kao i da ce Vlada Crne Gore
apsolutno sve preduzeti da mu pomogne u nastojanju da dokaze svoju
nevinost".

Premijer je naveo da ce Crna Gora i njena Vlada pruziti sve garancije da
se Strugar u Crnoj Gori na kvalitetan nacin  obezbijedi i da ce se
javljati Haskom tribunalu kada to od njega budu trazili.

PODGORICA - Zvanicna Crna Gora je spremna da saradjuje oko pitanja
izrucenja optuzenih za ratne zlocine iz Crne Gore - rekao je ambasador u
Ministarstu inostranih poslova Crne Gore Igor Jovovic, komentarisuci
diplomatske aspekte objavljivanja sadrzaja "dubrovacke optuznice".

Jovovic je naglasio da eventualni zahtjevi prema crnogorskoj vlasti ni u
kakvom slucaju ne umanjuju odgovornost jugoslovenskih vlasti i da ce
Crna Gora "nezavisno od odgovora jugoslovenskih vlasti biti spremna da
saradjuje sa medjunarodnim institucijama".

PODGORICA -  Usvajanjem novog Programa i Statuta  na Cetvrtom kongresu,
vladajuca  Demokratska partija socijalista Crne Gore (DPS) krenula je u
borbu za obnovu crnogorske drzavne nezavisnosti. 

Predsjednik DPS-a Milo Djukanovic je definisanje nove politicke
platforme partije o nezavisnoj, medjunarodno  priznatnoj drzavi Crnoj
Gori ocijenio kao novu stranicu u istoriji partije i Crne Gore.

Djukanovic je pozvao sve politicke stranke u Republici da stave na
stranu stranacke interese i programe i da "odgovorno i odvazno doprinesu
regulisanju najzanacajnijeg pitanja, drazvno - pravnog statusa
Republike, na evropski nacin". 

Naglasavajuci da je proces drazavne emancipacije Crne Gore
nezaustavljiv, Djukanovic je dodao da ne postoji ni jedan objektivan
razlog koji bi osporio pravo crnogorskog naroda na izbor samostalnog
drzavnog puta, koje je priznato svim narodima u svijetu.

MEDJUNARODNOM TERORIZMU
POJACANA KONTROLA AVIONA GRANICE KAO I REZIM IZDAVANJA VIZA

PODGORICA -  Vlada Crne Gore je razmotrila informaciju o teroritzmu i
zaduzila Ministarstvo inostranih poslvoa da zajedno sa Ministarstvom
turizma i Unutrasnjih poslova formira radnu grupu koja ce uraditi
izvjestaj o globalnom  terorizmu i njenim efektima na Crnu Goru.

Sef crnogorske diplomatije Branko Lukovac rekao je da je Crna Gora
spreman da se pridruzi globalnoj alijansa u sprecavanju i suzbijanju
terorizma. 

To podrazumijeva pojacanu kontrolu avio saobracaja, izdavanja viza,
granicnu kontrolu, saradnju sa medjunarodnim institucijama, sprecavanje
i zamrzavanje svih racuna koji bi mogli poslutziti teroristima. 




CRNOGORSKI ZAVOD ZA ZAPOSLJAVANJE:
AGENCIJE UPOSLJAVAJU DOMACE MOREPLOVCE

PODGORICA -  Zavod za zaposljavanje Crne Gore potpisace uskoro ugovor o
davanju ovlascenja za zaposljavanje pomoraca na stranim brodovima, sa
agencijama koje su se za taj posao javile putem javnog oglasa.

Licence ce dobiti "Hemosun" iz Bara,  "Seamonte" iz Kotora i "Azalea" iz
Herceg Novog.
