I setup an XP system and installed 7.3.3 and then installed PlayReal.
I tested 3 versions of mplayer 1.0rc2 and two other up to date builds.
None of these could play the station.
The error shown is

This seems to imply that the functionality required to play this stream
has not yet been implemented by mplayer.
When playing this on VLC I got lots and lots of broadcaster originated
encoding and streaming errors.
I do not think it is worth spending more time on this stream as it seems
to be using a very old format (Mono MP2) that is unlikely to be ever
supported by mplayer. It is possible that changing the audio output
device format may make the stream playable but is it worth it.
Furthermore the broadcaster seems to have other streaming software
problems.
Unless you have a build of mplayer that reliably plays this stream from
a command line - I cannot help you.
