Just my 2 cents CDN (1.25 cents US).
        I have run second P99SE processes all the time, same for P98 and
combinations of P98/P99SE/V2.8. Has never caused a crash yet, using either
NT4 or now W2K. Certainly doesn't seem like any sort of a weakness to me.
        Now if you are running W95 or W98, I can completely understand. If
P99SE is a resource hog and crashes W95/W98, then what will two occurrences
do? Crash and burn instantly?

Also it seems to be a good itea to close any projects before closing Protle.

Just closing Protle (with an open project) will often result in a Windows
crash soon after....
