Assuming you already have one instance of Protel running.........

You then drag a new DB icon down to the Task bar and hold it over the Protel
item until it opens.
You now have an additional project open in Protel.

It's important to not drag and drop it (just hold it there until it opens
automatically).

But then I'm sure you knew that.........
