set it to 50 just now, and made sure the screen curtain is off, and
still nothing whatsoever happens. In fact I have never, ever had a
scrap of currency read to me in Looktel. It's not that it's
"unreliable" for me,
So, to understand this, you have an app for the iPhone and can log into the
drive (Google) as you'd normally go to Google and do whatever you want in
terms of housekeeping by either method?
Is this correct?

I generally keep the brightness of my 4S down to about 10%. So, I'm going to
reduce it to zero. I do not believe having the screen curtain would be an issue
since I leave that on all of the time. LIke I said, this is very curious and
now I have something to experiment with.

Whenever I connect my iPad 1 to my MacBook Pro, it sees the computer just fine
and syncs. Whenever I plug it into the wall, it charges, but it's not seen by

For those radio hams amongst us, I found a neat little app. It is DXCC, and
it does just that. You open the app, tap the lookup heading, enter a call
sign, double tap the Lookup button and it displays the country, continent,
CQ Zone, ITU zone, and approximate latitude and longitude.
To me the set up was equal! All I did was download and istall the file, sign
in to my gmail account, and drop files in to the desk top folder. It was so
easy my 6 year old did it on his moms PC.

Another one you may want to try before buying Money Reader is oMoby. It has
a faster recognition of U.S. currency than EyeNote and is free.

I tried eyenote again this morning and I was able to get it to worked once.
It seems as though you must have to have the bill positioned just right.
Any way, in my opinion, I think the app is a waste of time.
