My 3 yo grandson had systemic warts, many, when one was going away from
otc wart remover more would pop up elsewhere. They tried having him
drink MMS (chlorine dioxide) daily and after a week or so ALL of the
warts just disappeared. My DIL also had some wart problems and it
worked on hers too.

clip on them but it's a challenge to hang them in the right place. I
have used various racks, coat racks, metal walkers, etc. for
positioning. Before I broke my rib I used to get fierce pain between my
shoulder blades when washing dishes for an hour or more, since I am 5'8
and have to stoop over. The funny thing was that after using the heat
lamp on my back for the broken rib a lot, I stopped getting the pain
when I washed the dishes.:-)

and limped around for 9 months, slowly getting better then re-injuring
the knee over and over, I do a lot of demanding yard work gardening 2
acres.I think it was an ACL injury. Anyway, someone recommended
large doses of MSM, like increasing to 2 Tbsp. a day, and also I went on
a vegetarian diet after the 9 months and found my knee started getting
stronger until it no longer hurt and no longer was reinjured with
stress, and after 3 years I no longer have any feelings when stubbing my
toe or tripping of a broken sensation in the knee, perhaps because for
6 months I have taken Microlactin and Hyaluronic Acid capsules daily,

occasional joint pain in various locations by putting a neodymium
gold-plated magnet on the area for a day or night, N face down,

People don't want to consider diet in their injuries but meat causes an
acid reaction in the body and the acid is neutralized with calcium, so
the drain on the minerals in the body from eating meat is very hard to
overcome with supplements, I had to admit it had not worked for me when
I became a vegetarian and it made such a difference in my knee healing.

around $5 a bottle for multiple bottles including the shipping. So...
a lot better than Amazon.

The Medha Vati I bought from India through ebay also say Divya Pharmacy
but are in a bottle. The pill quality and strength of taste is
excellent. I am so happy to have such improvement in my insomnia, and
since I had a good BP reading with them I plan to keep taking them.

Anyway, the ebay sellers in India I would think would also sell

them on ebay there are several sellers and various prices and shipping
prices.

Re: CSHigh Blood Pressure

2011-07-15 Thread Tad Winiecki
Someone on here recommended Mukta Vati, Ayurvedic formula, for HBP. I
got 2 bottles from Amazon and took only 2 tablets a day at bedtime (1/2
recommended dose), BP started at 160/90, started dropping, ordered
another 60 tablets from ebay (direct from India) much cheaper, tablets
actually made better, stronger taste, individually bubble-wrapped. BP
came out at 116/74 after 2 1/2 months. Also I encapsulated Gotu Kola
and Black Haw powder which I took at bedtime as well as 10 mg Melatonin
and Bacopa capsules. 3-4 months after I ran out of the ebay Mukta Vati
I eventually tested out at 150/84. It is supposed to be a permanent fix
after 1- 1 1/2 years... So I ordered another formula from India, on
ebay, Medha Vati, which also has a few same ingredients to Mukta Vati
but is supposed to be more for memory loss; and also insomnia, which I
have had chronically since childhood. I also started making tea at
bedtime of Skullcap, Vervain, and sometimes White Willow Bark, continued
Melatonin and Bacopa, and also still take the Gotu Kola capsules at
night, when I wake up. I also stopped taking all my other usual herbs
which I had taken at bedtime for years and try to take them early in the
day. I started sleeping much better, when I woke up 2-3 times at night
I would go back to sleep right away instead of lying awake for hours!
A big surprise was also when I went and took my BP and it was 114/67!

So, I will keep taking the Medha Vati as long as necessary and also am
ordering some Liv 52 for liver function. The Medha Vati has had some
success with ADHD and also epilepsy in some reports. I can't believe
I'm sleeping better.:-)

I had high blood pressure and someone here suggested Mukta Vati, an
Ayurvedic herbal blend. I got some and was amazed how well it works,
better than my sisters' prescription meds and also actually changing

tried these?

Has anyone had success with any other Ayurvedic formulas for any

CSOzonating water

2011-05-14 Thread Tad Winiecki
My husband just underwent abdominal surgery, a colectomy, and had a good
report, the tumor had not gone through to the outer layers of colon nor
spread to lymph nodes, so he will not have to have further treatment.
But I want to prevent any metastases or recurrences so I'm looking into
ozonating water, which has a good report from several persons who
digestive tract cancers in the past. He has a commercial corona
discharge machine with a large ~3 outlet. I want to find a way to step
it down to a hose that could be inserted in water with a glass bubbler.
Any ideas or suggestions?

I also don't understand if we could just bubble the present output into
water or if something needs to be done to limit nitrogen from the air in
the water. I've seen some people using Oxygen concentrators, I don't
know how they work or if they are necessary. Or how one would run
medical oxygen through a machine like we already have. I also haven't
seen any air pumps that have an input as well as an output if the
pressure from the unit was insufficient. I am going to check on a pond
store today.

I'm putting CS on his incision, which has mostly healed up except the
deep part in the navel, which seems to have some of the strip tape
actually going down into the wound and covering the edges so they can't
close. We are going in to urgent care today to get it removed.

Thanks, Nancy

2011-05-14 Thread Tad Winiecki
After reading what Ray Peat has to say about fish oils I felt it
disagreed with what I have assessed as the effects of fish oil on my
health so I googled some other research and found a lot of
contradictions between them and what he alleged. I can't say I agree
with him. But it does seem perhaps seaweed could give one the DHA
without some of the drawbacks of fish oil as regards rancidity and
processing, and no EPA which seemed to have a few bad results in some of
the research I looked at on google. Research articles I saw on google
said fish oils were protective against macular degeneration,
Alzheimer's, colon and some breast cancer, etc, which contradicts what
Ray Peat claims.

Re: CSPrayer request...

2011-05-07 Thread Tad Winiecki
I'm also praying for your brother, Mike. I need prayer and info also.
My DH had surgery on Thursday for a sigmoid colectomy, 12 of colon
removed because of a 1.5 cm carcinoma in a polyp found during a
colonoscopy. He is having some trouble with getting up and walking,
he feels faint when he tries to stand, and has nausea. Last night he
also had some pain across his chest just below the collarbone upon
standing. When lying down he doesn't have these. There was also some
redness around the main incision, which is about 2 long since he had a
laparoscopic surgery. He was not able to make the float in the
breathing exercise tube go as high either, so perhaps some fluid in the
lungs. I'm wondering if he isn't breathing deeply enough since his
abdomen has pain and it would hurt.

So, my question is should I take some CS to the hospital and have him
drink it today? Would the pain killer and the IV be putting stuff into
his blood that would conflict with the silver? Would putting some on
his skin be more effective as to bypass the gut or would the silver be
healing to his intestines in spite of the IV and pain medicines, and
whatever they give him by mouth? I would try to space it away from oral
meds but nurses come in unpredictably with stuff for him to take. The
IV is going all the time, but would be in his blood and not his gut, so
couldn't interact until the silver crossed into his blood. I don't know
that the silver could make it all the way to his colon orally?

Also I was reading an article, but too late to implement 5 days before
surgery, about preventing metastasis during surgery-

http://www.healthwatchersnews.com/2009/12/preventing-surgery-induced-cancer-metastasis/

I can't give him these in the hospital but will hit as many as I can
after he is home. Some we were taking previously. I thought I
remembered something that would help recovery from heart operations as
well but couldn't find it in this article, it was maybe in something
else I read and could be googled. As for the surgery, my daughter who
had a mastectomy 2+ years ago (age 36) and doesn't think alternative
stuff is as effective, was pressuring me to not interfere with his
decisions to go mainstream. It was his choice, perhaps if they remove
all the tumor his survival will be increased though they also unleash
cells, but already had done that with the colonoscopy removal of the
polyp. Anyway, I am going to fight, we were already doing a lot of
anti-cancer stuff including parts of the Budwig protocol but not all as
Tad reacted with bad stomachaches to the flaxseed, but not the oil. It
was discouraging to have this happen in spite of our efforts, but I
think I will veer more toward the enzyme treatments, and raw food diet,
since we were eating cooked non-gluten rice, buckwheat, and quinoa and
lots of beans, perhaps he couldn't really handle carbohydrate well, he
couldn't seem to lose weight for anything, was about 20 lbs overweight.
Maybe he will lose some now in the hospital. At least his liver was
clear. The report on success of this surgery if stage 1 is 96%. That
may be at a certain time from the surgery.

I find the most effective way to pray is to speak to the individual
problem areas and tell them to be gone, as redness and infection be
gone from Tad's incision, and according to my belief system of what
Name is above all other names in heaven and earth, in the Name of
Jesus, or Hebrew version, Yeshua. I have been healed supernaturally a
number of times using that kind of prayer plus confessing healing
scriptures repeatedly, like Isaiah 53 and NT versions. SURELY.

I wasn't clear enough, I can't give up dairy. Or I am not willing since
my joints do better with it. But the Dr. J article implicates casein,
which is not present in the whey, so I would think someone could still
eat whey. Dr. Mercola has an entry on how good whey is in relation to
exercise, muscle building, and weight control, if from healthy grassfed
animals and with low temperature processing. I guess with allergies
some people are bothered by casein and some by lactose.

Heather Snook wrote:

Can anyone shed some light on gluten intolerance/celiac problems

Heather- Snook- For me the main issues have been allergies and
digestion. When it is a matter of the gut reacting to an allergen, the
result can be different in everyone. But apparently gluten can also
affect the immune system, absorption of iron and calcium resulting in
anemia, fatigue, and brain fog, etc. Other grains besides wheat can
cause problems, even oats from contamination with wheat processing. But
part of the problem also is GM food, wheat has been modified to the
point that it causes problems for nearly everyone. I've been doing the
non-gluten grains that are used on the Budwig diet, buckwheat, amaranth
(or both together), rice, and occasionally quinoa. I also find
enteric-coated peppermint oil and Acidophilus helpful, and Dr.
Christopher's Lower Bowel formula.

I am bothered by more than just gluten intolerance. What has helped me
a lot is determining exactly which foods cause an allergic response, and
eliminating them. A clue is food you particularly crave or eat daily or
excessively. Two ways to determine food allergies- the pulse test and
niacin. For the pulse test, take your resting pulse before eating,
then eat a single food first thing in the morning. Wait 30 minutes and
take your pulse again. Both times sit still and continue timing until
there is no change to allow your pulse to stabilize from walking around,
etc. An increase of 10+ beats per minute would indicate an allergy.

For the niacin test, niacin is taken just before or after eating, and
niacin causes flushes by reacting with histamines, which are released by
eating allergens. A flush would indicate an allergy. I have been able
to eliminate allergens sufficiently to take niacin without having a
flush at all.

After 15 years I finally got to the end of my list of allergens and
triggers, meaning I am doing very well now. Part of my reactive list is
all raw fruits and vegetables. I noticed on a Chinese medicine website
that raw foods were considered hard on the digestion. I always thought
raw foods were the healthiest but apparently not for everyone. I also
seem to have overeaten nuts as a new vegetarian to the point that all of
them plus their oils bother me. Now I have no symptoms but am looking
for ways to improve my digestion and be able to add foods back slowly,
perhaps on a rotation diet so I don't eat a food very often.I eat a
lot of cooked vegetables, particularly Asian ones, along with grains
above, mushrooms, legumes, cheese and raw milk, and use fresh ginger and
turmeric a lot, with lemon pepper . Anyway, try eliminating foods and
see what makes you feel better.

Fiber is important in gut management, Psyllium seed is done a lot and I
have found it helpful, but a new one that makes a lot of good claims,
especially in being a food source for the beneficial gut bacteria, is
Heather's Tummy Care, Acacia Senegal Tummy Fiber, Organic, 16 oz (453
g) $12.76 from iHerb at the time I ordered it. It needs to be started
at a low dose and gradually increased. Some good info sites can be
found through google.

Black salve can eat a hole in normal skin, but reacts with a cancer

Perhaps that is because Australia is on Codex? I don't know.
Cimetidine, AKA Tagamet, is OTC in the USA. It has been studied for
anti-tumor effects. I could post some links, or google it.

I did find the post that gave me the idea to use it externally with
DMSO, it was posted on the DMSO list on yahoo. I don't know what is
appropriate in posting from other lists, so here is just the excerpt
without poster info-

More good news, I am currently using DMSO as a carrier to move tagamet,
cimentidine through my skin to the cancer. It has destroyed one known
squamous cell cancer on my forearm, this sauce has also taken off several
other bumps, not sure they were cancerous.
Tagamet a common antiacid used to settle over-acidic stomachs kills skin
cancer, not melonoma.

I grind up tagamet add a few drops of water, it is water soluble, to make a
paste, then add two tablespoons of DMSO, then apply it to the skin cancer
about every six hours, it died and goes away in about forty eight to seventy
two hours.
I had to find a way as I dislike sunscreen and Dermo's driving new Mercedes,
peddling sunscreen. LOL

I don't know how to use it on areas under clothes, or how to keep it on
or keep it covered, that's why I was thinking of adding some gel agent
to thicken it. I'm in an experimental stage.

that clay has particles that have been ground into a very small size so
that they settle out of water very slowly, and have absorptive
properties. However, I assume zeolite is larger as it is supposed to
have a honeycomb structure that enables it to trap minerals, including
heavy metals, inside, and therefore remove them from the body. The
minerals in each may be pretty close in composition, depending on the
rocks that were the source of the clay? Anyway, I was just passing on

Scott- I don't have any personal experience with CS or dialysis or with
this but it is a post from one of my health groups, I'm not even sure
which one. It's certainly interesting. -Nancy

Hey Peter. I would recommend the powdered zeolite from
www.zeostore.com http://www.zeostore.com write the lady and ask her
whether, for you, she

would suggest the fine or medium grade.

I had researched a lot about zeolite and came to the (personal)
conclusion that powdered is just as good as liquid, and much cheaper.
At that time I had found the zeostore and wrote the lady about which
grade to use. She wrote back and answered all my question. At that
time, she said they were thinking of going into their own liquid
products. I recently went to the site and found that though they
haven't started making their own liquid zeolite, they've raised their
prices. :-( their price had been 5 pounds for $15 or so, very cheap.
Now it is not so cheap--guess they figured that with everyone charging
so much for this stuff, they may as well too.

Still, hers is cheaper than others I've found.

Anyway--I have a 62 year old friend. Her doctor tested and said that
her kidneys were only working at 1/3 capacity, but that 'it is normal
for someone your age'. Also, that though she didn't need
medicine--yet--to be careful of what she ate and drank because if it
got worse, she'd have to go on dialysis.

I told my friend about zeolite, as I had met another person who was
being put on the kidney transplant list because one of her kidneys was
dead. She said by using Waiora NCD she brought her kidney back to
life and they took her off the list.

I told my friend that she should try the much cheaper dry zeolite, so
she bought from the zeostore.

My friend did not like mixing the powder with juice, nor just taking
the dry powder followed by water. As she had a capsule machine she
decided to encapsulate it.

She took 6 capsules, twice a day. This equaled about 1 tablespoon,
twice a day.

She went back to her doctor in one month and they tested her again,
and her kidneys were working at 95% capacity!!! The doctor was
shocked, but since he knows my friend is 'into' alternative things, he
didn't want to know what she was doing, only telling her to keep it
up. Lol

She only took the zeolite for that month, and has stopped. She feels
so much better and says that she doesn't need to continue taking it,
so she's keeping what she has for when she starts feeling bad again.

Personally, I'd take a maintenance dose once a week, or even one week
out of every month, just to make sure everything STAYS healthy, but
that's her choice.

Hope this helps.

Re: CSPromising Wrinkled Skin Treatment

2010-11-13 Thread Tad Winiecki
I was the one who used herbs in DMSO to try to heal tendon/ligament
damage in my knee. I did find the posts, they are from 2007 on the
BeckNStuff forum.I can't remember what I used, the suggestion was
for Solomon's Seal and Comfrey (possible additions stinging nettle and
mullein). I know for sure I used the Solomon's Seal, not sure about
the comfrey. I actually have it still sitting in my medicine cabinet, I
don't really see any leaves. I gave up on it after some little patches
of spider veins popped up. What did cure my knee was taking MSM by the
tablespoon and also becoming a vegetarian. The cancer diet forums talk
about meat causing an acid condition in the body that favors cancer and
other bad conditions, but the way the body deals with excess acid
according to them is to use Calcium to neutralize it. I guess I thought
if I got my 1000 mg of Calcium a day that was enough but anyway, after 9
months of my knee being painful and any lifting, pulling, twisting
stress causing renewed pain and limping, I started eating the vegetarian
Budwig diet and my knee started to get stronger and recover, now 3 years
later I no longer bump my toe and get a broken feeling in my knee, and
can pull heavy stuff in the yard, dance, etc. Budwig diet in addition
to being vegetarian emphasizes gluten-free grains, Omega 3 fatty acids
from flaxseed oil (I'm allergic so take fish oils), and lots of fruits
and vegetables. The diet is supposed to be good not only for cancer
but all degenerative diseases.

I don't want to post them here but if anyone wants my file with posts
from BeckNStuff I could email them to them. Bear in mind that is not
what healed my knee. I still blame the herbs and DMSO for the spider
veins, science by observation, if no one else has experienced this from
DMSO then with enough data I could formulate an experiment, I don't feel
like experimenting on my skin again.

I don't know if you are familiar with Joel Wallach who did the Dead
Doctors Don't Lie tapes to get people into MLM colloidal minerals back
in the mid '90's, but he maintained that given good food vitamins were
not that critical since we can synthesize many in our tissues or gut
with aid of bacteria (but not Vitamin C), but minerals are the basic
building blocks that we must consume. I don't know how to replace
colloidal minerals, perhaps by eating kelp if available, or using
glacial rock dust to grow our vegetables.

Re: CSPromising Wrinkled Skin Treatment

2010-11-06 Thread Tad Winiecki
I have a question. I had knee problems as in a tendon or ligament
injury. I saw a formula for using some herbs on it that were extracted
with DMSO.
So I soaked the herbs in the DMSO for a while then put the extract on my
knee. I developed tiny spider veins or varicosities in 3 places on the
side of my knee, apparently from what I was doing. So, was that an
effect of the DMSO and is that very common, because if I were trying to
treat wrinkles and developed little patches of broken veins on my face
that would not be cool. Was this a causative situation or not? Does
DMSO do this?

Nancy

Brooks Bradley wrote:

  Recently, while evaluating various
Do-it-Yourself protocols for alleviating some of the more
pronounced effects of wrinkled skin around the face (especially the
eyes) and on the hands..we came upon
a quite effective protocol. Not only measurably effective, but quite
economical in cost.
The protocol consisted of diluting hydrolyzed
collagen powder with distilled water ( substituted 10 ppm CS in cases
presenting with skin abrasions), and mixing with undiluted DMSO as
follows: (1) into about 1 cup of distilled water or CS,
added powdered hydrolyzed collagen to saturation point (no more powder
would go into solution) (2) using this solution as the
parent (75% by volume), mixed in DMSO (25% by volume) and allowed to
cool to room temperature.
Candidate skin surface was prepared by light
washing/rinsing, using weak soap solution. Damp drying and
applying, generously.the Collagen X DMSO solution (using care
about the eyes, due to the hygroscopic nature of DMSO).
Allow 5 to 10 minutes for proper absorption. A shiny surface
appearance is quite normalas is a slightly sticky feel on the
fingers
when moved across the treated surface.
Obvious Results: Immediately, it becomes
evident that the very small wrinkles are noticeably reduced in
appearance
(a result of the hydrating of the outer skin layers), as the tiny
valleys appear to fill-in as the entrained moisture penetrates AND
softens.
While the larger wrinkles (containing the higher densities of
free-standing lean tissue) present a much lower degree of
improvement..
they do enjoy a noticeable/marked improvement in softness-due,

Re: CSZapper for Tooth Pain

2010-09-27 Thread Tad Winiecki
I need a little clarification. Let's say you have a tooth with a
cavity- tooth decay. The bacteria are creating acid by their activities
that erodes tooth enamel, as I understand it. Will the microelectricity
kill the bacteria and stop the decay? Can the tooth then regenerate
some of the enamel? Does the tooth have to be intact? Is infection
like an abscess or like a cavity? I have been doing oil pulling and
have seen improvement in whiteness of teeth and also tooth sensitivity.
I haven't really been impressed that any gum recession was reversed,
though perhaps it was slowed down.

Re: CSHelp with tooth extraction pain

2010-09-27 Thread Tad Winiecki
Sunny- I find Aloe vera very soothing to sores on the gum. It takes a
fresh plant with plump leaves. I cut a leaf, cut off the spines on the
edge, cut the leaf in half, rough up the gel a little, and just stick a
suitable sized piece in my mouth right over the sore. Since mine were
in the outer gum my cheek would keep the aloe in place. If it were not
sandwiched between gums it might be hard to keep it in place. I
suppose a bigger piece might be easier to keep in place.

Also CS/EIS is extraordinary in causing healing and regeneration of
tissues, it has caused regeneration of muscle, skin, and even feathers
in severe racoon bites on some ducks I had. I would certainly hold
some in my mouth over the wound several times a day.

I am skeptical about bad news from dentists; I had one want to extract a
tooth that another bad dentist had hollowed out entirely to fill when I
was 12- he did that to all my back molars.:-( All eventually cracked
and needed crowns. I didn't take his advice but went around with the
filling gone and the tooth filling up with food every time I ate for
months before I found a great dentist who put a crown on it- still there
around 40 years later.Too late for that tooth, but I would have
followed some protocol to try to harden up the tooth stump and looked
for a dentist who would work with trying to restore the crown. I had
one tooth break off at the gum line and the dentist put in a screw and
rebuilt it, put another crown on, and even consented to work on it
without a deadening shot, which I dislike as I picture the needle doing
damage to nerves, etc in the gums. There are a lot of mediocre
dentists out there but a few really good ones.

Faith St. Francis' post was inspiring,

Re: CSMultiple Sclerosis; infant acid reflux

2010-07-21 Thread Tad Winiecki
As for Naltrexone, if you look up the chemical structure and compare
that with morphine, you will find they vary in only a few molecules. So
since morphine is a naturally derived opiate, Naltrexone cannot really
be classed with the pharmaceuticals that are synthetic chemicals that
affect enzymes in the body. Naltrexone also ties up opiate receptor
sites in opposition to Morphine in the body but without causing a high
or narcotic effect, which is why it works to get people off narcotics
and alcohol. By binding the site, it boosts the release of natural
endorphins in the body, so boosts the immune system.

I am as opposed to prescription drugs as anyone, but I find this to be
different from most allopathic medicine, being naturally derived. And
the low dose Naltrexone, 1/11th of a pill or less, is such a small
amount it doesn't affect the liver like the full-strength Naltrexone may
over a long time. I just wish my Dad could have taken it for his
parkinson's to see if it would have caused some improvement.

of what I learned on the list. Following my on list communication
of seven years ago I assisted in startup of production and use of
silver treated pottery candle filters, in Nepal, Kenya and
Indonesia. These are low cost filter systems, and for example, in
Kenya there's a slum in which our silver treated systems are in
use in nearly 1,000 HIV-AIDS households.

Now I want to remain on thie list for a while, mostly to further

refine my understanding. For now my question is: does BE assist
with those who suffer from MS? or is there another remedy?

Jimmie- Hulda Clark has a parasite protocol that involves Black Walnut
Hull tincture, Wormwood leaf capsules, and Cloves, fresh-ground powder

them over a couple of weeks, like one drop/capsule/capsule per day then
increase one of each per day, then maintain that level for a while, then
you can taper off and just do occasional maintenance amounts. If you
google her you can probably find information.

There are other parasite protocols involving salt and Vitamin C, or
electromedicine like the Godzilla.

If you join the yahoo MMS group, you can get lots of information and

water and sipping it over the course of the day, I think it was supposed
to minimize the herx, or to eliminate the stomach effects you can apply

*Mary Ann- the ceramic heat emitter is in the 4th category on this webpage-

http://www.petdiscounters.com/Heaters-Lamps-and-Bulbs-c26.html

It is a metal coil embedded in ceramics. I've had several for several
years and have not had one break or burn out. I buy a fixture locally
that is a metal hood with a crossbar and ceramic socket (a must because
of the heat). I try to have the crossbar in touch with my body, with
cotton cloth in between, no synthetics since they can melt if they
should contact the emitter. It is a little tricky figuring out how to
hold it where I want it. I heat the spot for as long as I can, results
have been even miraculous, as once when I had bad neck pains when barely
moving my head with numbing sensations, and I lay with the emitter over
my neck for a couple of hours, and all pain and discomfort ceased and
didn't return. I would imagine it was as though the heat relaxed the
tendons and ligaments and helped them return to a normal position.

The rib took a while to heal, 4 weeks for pain to cease and 8 weeks for
a pulling sensation to cease. I had some pain along my vertebrae too,
and that also ceased, but I've been doing some heavy yard work the last
day or so and did have some upper back pain recur so used the heat
emitter some.

heat bulbs that are light bulbs in appearance, glass globes with a

not what I have experience with, I know nothing about them. I get
fixtures with ceramic sockets at a feed store where they are sold for
heat lamps for chickens, or at a small store selling plumbing and
lighting supplies. Home Depot may carry them, I'm not sure. Ones with
clamp bases are easier to position. I have used a walker, a coat rack,
or a metal rack of some kind, to attach the fixture in a good position.
The pet discounters site also sells good ones that validate the warranty
on the ceramic heat emitters.

I've had lots of good experience with infrared ceramic heat emitters.
The ones I've used were like a light bulb made of a coil covered with
ceramics, and must go in a ceramic screw-in base. They are sold as
reptile warmers. Using one for a hour or more has permanently fixed a
very bad neck, and I used it to heal from a broken rib and from back
pain. It shuts off pain signals and also causes ligaments and tendons
to relax and get back into the right alignment for me. Other things
that have helped me have been LED red (660 nm) and infrared (880 nm)
lights, and neodymium magnets.

Hi Debbie, I'm not sure as I have never used it fro that. I do know
the subject of skin tags has been discussed before someone had

comment---Lois
Black Salve didn't seem to have any impact on skin tags, but cinnamon
essential oil did. I had to apply it cautiously, trying to get it only
on the skin tag. It also worked on one flat mole. It is very strong
and causes them to redden and swell up.

After a few days up to a week of applying it a couple of times a day,
eventually the growths turned black and fell off. The tricky part is
it also causes reddening and itching of skin. I was alternating it with
some aloe vera and other soothing stuff I can't remember now. Putting
a salve on the skin around the growth might keep it from attacking the
skin. It did work on a bunch of skin tags, though. The skin did not
sustain permanent damage or any scarring.

Thank you Steve,

Yep, I had the same idea of looking on eBay for just the T EDTA. LOL.
50.00 or more, a pop, for supplements, is a little steep, especially
for a 30 day, or less, supply. I dunno how these supplement companies
are staying in business in this economy, selling product at those
price points.

I buy bulk when I can find it. It's a little pricier up front, but
saves me a lot of money. 1Fast400 has a lot of bulk powders, but they
don't have this one. I buy my ALCAR from them in 500 or 1,000 gram
containers. So far it's the most reasonable I can find. If someone
knows where I can get it cheaper, please pipe up and tell me where? I
just make up my own capsules with my capsule filler:) Saves me tons of
money doing it that way. Their price on R ALA is just a tad bit better
than Swanson also(and every other place I checked out). I bought a 3
lb container of MSM on eBay last year and still have some of that
left. At 17.00 for the 3 lbs it has made some really cheap MSM
capsules for me. I also found a huge container of Glucosamine on eBay
that makes cheap capsules, for 8.00 I get 1000, 1 gram capsules :).

You have to be careful buying supplements I've found, I read every
ingredient on the label, because some companies don't use the most
beneficial form, or so little of it, you're wasting time and money to
buy it.

You give some great info!

Oops, some errors. I just reread the ingredient label for Cardio
Renew. They actually show

70 servings per bottle and not 17. That means you need to have 37 grams
of Tetrasodium EDTA per 1 oz bottle. This is at the solubility limit of
Tetrasodium EDTA in water at room temperature so there may be a slight
amount of Tetrasodium EDTA that does not dissolve (a supersaturated
solution). That also means that a pound of Tetrasodium EDTA will make 12
equivalent bottles. Still a good value. And, 0.450mg below shoud have
read 450 mg.

Annie,

I would use 300 - 400 mg of in a suppository.

For oral use, I would just make a liquid equivalent to the Cardio Renew,
http://www.cardiorenew.com/index.php, and then you can follow their
protocol and the FAQ and testimonial info at their site will be
applicable to your Tetrasodium EDTA use as well. In a one ounce bottle
of Cardio Renew there are 17 standard doses of 0.450mg EDTA each. That
totals 7.65 grams of EDTA per bottle. Since they mention sodium
separately on the contents label (although not by quantity) I assume
that the EDTA given does not include the sodium. Tetrasodium EDTA is
about 80% EDTA and if you use a 98% purity Tetrasodium EDTA, available
on eBay, that would mean you need 9.8 grams of Tetrasodium EDTA per 1
ounce of solution to have the equivalent of the Cardio Renew product.
The measurements don't have to be real precise. If you don't have an
accurate scale, whatever quantity you buy, just measure the volume of
it, calculate the number of teaspoons in that volume and then calculate
the number of teaspoons that give you about 10 grams. For my product it
would be about 2.5 level tsp.
Just for a cost comparison to Cardio Renew, on eBay a single 1 oz bottle
of Cardio Renew costs ~ $50.
On eBay 1 lb, 453gms, of 98% purity Tetrasodium EDTA costs ~ $15,
including shipping, and makes the equivalent of 45 bottles of Cardio
Renew.

Just FYI in case your did not see the post, Marshall had remarkable
success with a chelating product, the Extreme Health Heart product(
http://www.extremehealthusa.com/). It is a combination of calcium EDTA
along with a number of other chelating agents.

 - Steve N

I have bought bulk supplements for several years from
http://www.beyondacenturyonline.com/

They have MSM really cheap, and EDTA, CMO, etc.

Re: CSA Cold!!

2009-09-05 Thread Tad Winiecki
One thing I've noticed about being sick from colds/flu, if I will go to
bed for a day, stay in bed, not read or watch TV but lie there with my
eyes closed, drink lots of CS and vit C, B vitamins, herbs, etc, then my
immune system has a chance to work and I get better fast. My DH thinks
he can lie on the sofa and watch TV all day instead. I get better and
he doesn't. I got the flu the Thurs. I was supposed to leave for my
mother's memorial service on Sat., stayed in bed all day, went Friday
prefectly fine, but DH didn't ever completely rest and was still feeling
sick 4 days later.

Also I work outside gardening in all weathers but if I feel an unusual
sensitivity to cold, it means I'm fighting something that hasn't
manifested yet and if I ignore that feeling it will blossom but if I
don't work outside anymore and start fighting an infection it will go
away instead.

I have some excellent Chinese herbs I take for cases where CS is not
working because I wasn't taking it prophilactically- simmer Rehmannia,
Codonopsis, (from Chinese grocery), Peony roots, Lotus root, Self-Heal
(Prunella) very common weed that is a Chinese medicinal, dried flower
spikes; ginger, drink some every couple of hours until recovered. It is
excellent for flu with that muscle achey feeling.

If you use DMSO be sure to dilute it to 10% since it can cause rashes,

I once did, using cinnamon essential oil. I put it on with a brush,
trying to get it only on the growth. It is very strong, attacks the

it gets on turn red and itch like mad. Then the skin tag suddenly
dries up and falls off. It worked on some moles but not on others, or
I didn't keep putting it on long enough. I also tried alternating it

stopped. I tried it once on a growth on my eyelid and it burned like

Dear Group,

I have a question about surgeries and endomorphins. My husband has always

your endomorphins and you have to build them back up? My dad had this

tolerance back.

Zinc needs go up after surgery, and also trace elements like colloidal
minerals could help. There is a prescription drug, Naltrexone, 50 mg, that
used off-label as Low Dose Naltrexone in 3 mg or 4.5 mg doses causes
200-300% increases in endorphin release during sleep. There is lots of
info online, my usual computer is in the shop so you could google it. Some
GP type doctors might prescribe it as an immune system enhancer.

Large doses of MSM might also have a good effect, like 1 tbsp several times
a day. It helped me recover from a knee injury.

My 96 yo MIL can take 6 weeks to heal from a simple wound. Once she

Re: CSMagic of Growing. Other Real World Problems

2008-07-01 Thread Tad Winiecki
Afternoon, Wayne- I fight deer all the time but don't have the right
or equipment to plug them at night. But I have 4-6' welded wire
fences around all my growing beds because they get more obnoxious every
year. While deer can supposedly jump 8 feet high they won't jump into
an enclosed area without a clear landing spot.I also have some
heavy fence posts with wire strung between them at 1' or less
horizontal intervals and frequent vertical bamboo poles to stiffen it
up. That seems to work well most of the time.

Plants are amazing, provide the right conditions and get back the
desired results. I find that greens can be grown in less than ideal
light conditions and are very healthful. Best seem to be kale,
collards, turnips (leave some in ground for greens in spring); I'm
trying to find greens that are annual that make a lot of leaves, right
now I'm picking and making myself cook some that go to seed while still
small, it takes a lot for lunch but at least I'm eating them. I'm
growing greens and some easy annual flowers in what is supposed to be a
flower bed so in the winter I can blanket it in newspaper and not have
to weed the next spring to plant it again.:-)

Some nurseries carry planting mixes and compost by the yard. That

Most people seem reluctant to try something so simple, and it would be
objectional to a vegetarian, but beef tripe, if 2-3 tblspns are eaten
every day for 2-3 weeks, will relieve all the allergy symptoms of hay
fever. It contains polymucosaccharides that seem to glue the cells
back together. I like it cooked the Chinese way with ginger and onion,
only until tender.

Another thing that helped me when I had a couple of terrible bouts of
hay fever was to identify a food allergy that I was eating every day
that was causing my immune system to be hypersensitive to other
allergens. Food allergies can be identified by the pulse test- eat a
single food first thing in the morning, take your resting pulse right
before eating it and after 30 minutes. If you are allergic your pulse
will increase by 10 beats per minute or so.

I don't personally find zucchini to be that prolific. I've had better
success with white patty pan squash but they are tricky to peel when
they get too big as many of my squash do. If you have a close neighbor
with squash you may be all right but if not you need a second plant,
any summer squash will do unless you want to save seed. I personally
like yellow crooknecks, they have a totally delectable buttery nutty
taste you wouldn't believe if home-grown. Squash keep producing if you
keep them picked but if I let them get overgrown sometimes the bush
just shuts down and stops producing. I like to have a lot of plants
for that reason, and because I just eat what I grow all summer
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
