I have not had much trouble with stainless hardware seizing, also one approach is to use silicon bronze nuts on stainless bolts. But I did use the anti-seize stuff on one project, I think what I got had nickel dust in it, recommended for use on stainless steel, had to go to 3 or 4 auto parts

Your most viable option would be 39Ghz. or 28Ghz You can sub-lease licence from:- Straight Path Communication You will have to check with them as to what they own in your area. Cambridge Networks (www.cbnl.com) has 28ghz PTMP sector, and is supposed to have PTMP in 39Ghz in the near future.
