We noticed another manifestation of this copy/paste bug. If you paste the
maximum number of characters into a field, it truncates the last. Our UAT
testers noticed it when pasting 15-character Request IDs for searches.

that I am able to resolve Problem Tikcets even if related tasks are still open.

Are you running this process from an active link? Methinks you need the
@@: prefix, but it's hard to say. Is that command even available in

I had this issue and the problem is related to application permissions.
The usual fix for this is to modify (not simply open) the application
Remedy Asset Inventory, where all AST forms reside. Your new class
forms will likely not be included. (If they are, remove them.) Modify
the application

create a ticket in the remedy system, because it has no way to plug into the
