The advanced search criteria has a field ID, doesn't it - so that you
can query over what is, er, being queried? I can't for the life of me
find the details of the field ID in question.

Many thanks - I've seen some mention of bugs relating to this, also that
its not supported in v7? Seems to be working happily on our v7.0.1
system at the moment though .

Got a strange one with enabling/disabling of menu access -
Search/Print/Delete/etc.
Long and short - options that are disabled in the admin tool are
accessible via the user tool. For example, we have new search, advanced
search, print disabled, yet these are available via the user tool.
Can't remember half of them, but
.arf/.arv - application cached files, related to each form used
.arr - report styles
.arq - search macros
Full list will probably be in the documentation somewhere.

I think the normal recommendation is to use the relevant version of the admin
tool to the server in use - ie. for a 7.1 server use the 7.1 admin tool.
You can have different versions of the admin and user tools on a PC - I've had

Say if we have several escalations in place on different timings.
Escalation A - 3 minutes
Escalation B - 5 minutes
Escalation C - 7 minutes
Escalations are a single thread, so run in sequence. If say some of the

License type shows up correctly with all the relevant details, and shows a type
