Need to replace the company logo on the banner on a large number of forms.
Found a utility on support web which either removes/replaces the image in the
banner but bails

I have an Open window action in a workflow which opens a new dialog over
mid-tier. Now my concern is that the user can still access the parent
form (window) and do changes when actually the user is suppose to be
working on the dialog opened. Is there anyway this can be restricted
i.e. the user
I no longer work for the company where that situation existed. I'm estatic to
hear about the new feature where you can pull the logs locally.

the Open Window action on the active link is set to something other than
Dialog and has a Target Location of New, in which case it just opens

Data Visualization fields can definitely be used in the User Tool.
However, the Mid-Tier has to be installed for the visualization field to
work.
Essentially, a visualization field is a view field displaying a HTML

DVF's are for use with Mid-Tier and User Tool users.
However, for them to work they require that you HAVE a Mid-Tier server

I think the Integrating-710.pdf does a poor job of explaining this

Actually there everything seems to be working ok. In the areasso.cfg file I
also have DEBUG-LOGGING: 1 so it will show everything, but I don't see where
it's even trying to use the sso plugin there after it loads areasso.cfg. It
does, however, show that it is trying to log me onto the system
Now that I think of it, our webmaster had to change the login.jsp to
match the company's look n' feel...I just restored the old login page
and the direct URLs work fine. The other page does have the GOTO field
in it, but something else must be missing. I'll dig around a bit.

If I explain how to do it it will take many, many paragraphs :) But the basic

I have a form that opens in less then 2 seconds when I use the Remedy 6.3
client. However, when I use the Remedy 7.1 client it takes 7.5 seconds. There
are multiple API calls called /+EXP (ARExport) that is taking 3.5 seconds total.

this myself for a ton of forms) there is no universal place you can do it for
forms visible on the client. I believe you can do some css to do it on the web

You gave me some ideas, although I still haven't resolved the issue.
Currently, we are authenticating against AD for the username and
passwords. We have multiple ways people can log into the system, and we
want the User Tool to allow people to authenticate with their domain
password,
It depends how much you need to change. For what I've done, notepad,
vi, emacs, or wordpad are sufficient. My concern with editing jsp pages
in some of the tools like FrontPage is that it could potentially modify
things that shouldn't be changed.
