I even learnt to use the admin tool, before I decided to write a

There is indeed a tool that will allow you to archive ITSM data in chains

The problem with the OOTB Archive solution is that each form is considered

Using the API isn't setting a value in a form...although that might actually be

Actually you can ...
See if you have the Configuration ARDBC form. That should be a Vendor form

Hi,
You can do it with the API like LJ suggested, with the driver program
if you just want to script, or in a program of your own.
If you open ar.h on your server, you can see all the server settings
you can change :
[...]
#define AR_SERVER_INFO_DISABLE_ESCALATIONS 143 /* int - 0 - enabled
Sorry the last value to be entered is 1 of course, to disable the escalations.

Hi,
Not sure if this is going to help, but you may want to try to turn on SQL

To do that, you need to add/update the following parameter in your ar.conf file

You may want to think about the SLA running on the initial source of the ticket
and just DSO (ie transfer) a copy that is only for information use. That way,
the SLA times would be identical and alerts would only come from the system
where the SLA is truely being measured.
