Yes, I agree, Axton, it is too bad. And I foresee more and more companies making the decision to dump Remedy as they realize the ROI just isn't there anymore. Remedy was (and still is) an *awesome* product for what it was originally intended to do. It's a shame it's gone the way it has.

From my understanding, if you add an approver add-hoc to a request you must add the requester at the Draft Status and the approver is added as a person who must sign for the approval as part of the Review phase which is actually when the Change is in the Request for Authorization status. Thanks
