I implemented an Active Link that fires on Display and Un-Display that
does an OLE SendKey F6 and everythink just fine.

Remedy was (and still is) an *awesome* product for what it was
originally intended to do. It's a shame it's gone the way it has.

must add the requester at the Draft Status and the approver is added as
a person who must sign for the approval as part of the Review phase

but were told that BMC recently put major restrictions on them. These
restrictions basically eliminated the VARs form taking away existing BMC
Support customers.
