Yes indeed, this is the product that we developed in conjunction with Itel

It was initially developed against Avaya, but is not ported to work with most

Hi everyone,
I have two ARS servers running as part of a server group in a load balancing
environment.
I have added the Map-IP-Address flag/entry to the two servers to map the
virtual IP adress of the LB to the physical server addresses in order to
resolve an alert issue.
The question is,
Hi Frex,
1. do arsignal -c
2. turn on Alert-Log on one machine.
3. Start Alert-Tool and connect through the LB. Check in alert log for
lines indicating the alert-client connection.
4. Send an alert to the user.
If the alert is send out, everything is ok. If there are errors (cannot
bind )
Thank Conny.

Had my doubts about arsignal but it worked.
So, no need for a restart then :)

Good morning All,
I remember a utility back in the 4.x and 5.x days that would allow you from

called?

Howard,
Not sure what you are trying to accomplish it or why you might need it.
But if you want to get the list of code, could you just use SQL to get it?
Here's the SQL calls to make to the database to get the corresponding pieces of
workflow if you wanted to go that route:

Actually, I got a response privately that indicated that flashboards are now
