The regional settings of the server probably differ.
The 2,40001E8 indicates that you have comma , as decimal separator. This
should be standard in Danish regional settings.
Make sure to apply the settings for the default user profile as well as

I don't think there is. The browser is not supposed to talk to the
native OS, as this would be a security problem.

You have to set Multipl-Assign-Groups: T in your ar.cfg. The default value
should actually be T in ar.cfg for 6.3...
It may also be important how you concatenate your groups, if you do it
with workflow.
The best way is to open the field 112 and use the menu to add two group
and then save

What you can do is to create a display-only-integer-field called
'NotesLength'.
Then you create a filter that runs on GetEntry that assigns a value to
this field. The value should be LENGTHC($Notes$) or some such thing.
After this you create a basic AR System report that counts this field.
