We had a similar issue. And it was related to the ranking form. We have 3 application servers that are server grouped and had them ranked. We noticed on the ft_pending table records were being placed from the non indexing servers. So we just deleted all servers except for the indexer.

Well, When comparing the two, I think there is a disservice to Remedy. Yes, SNOW is a Java-coded application and development is a quick cache refresh (ala the mid-tier and ALs). But Remedy is a true platform. I think alot of that is lost in these discussions. Most do not compare Apples to
