I have a user with a Blackberry Bold. He claims that if he receives a
message on his Blackberry and Outlook is not open the email never goes
to Outlook. Only when Outlook is open does the email appear in both
places. I normally would have a hard time believing this however, my

Apparently there is a glitch in the Bold where it won't automatically
pick up the time zone overseas. We had an OMT member in Rome and his

I have a user who left the company but kept her corporate Blackberry.
She is having issues because the IT policy is still on the device. She
called Verizon and they said the IT policy needs to be removed. Can
someone please tell me how to remove this from the device.
