[Dx4win] Creeping windows...

At first I wondered if I was imagining it... but I have verified it. Each time I open DX4Win the some of the windows grow a little longer by a few pixels. It might be related to the new skins. I have verified this behaviour with the iPhone skin. I'll check some others later today.

[Dx4win] Problem with F2 logic.

QSO indicates a QSL was sent even though it never was. It is as if the QSL date is set to the current date prior to checking if it was already sent. I discovered this by accident as I didn't intend to have this box checked. VE2DC, Mel.
