A 10 by 62 foot array would be 12,000 watts at 22.5% efficiency.  Smaller as the efficiency goes up.  Cost would be based on cell cost.  3,500 cells at lets say 2 to 4 dollars each.7 thousand to 14 thousand for the cells. You could cut down length a bit if some were supported by the vehicle.

There are already laws.  First off most stations are on private property.  You can tow from private property at will.  Second most EV spots have ordinance and state or municipal signage.  There are also disturbing the peace and incite riot laws.  Plenty of ammo the get the police going.

I really like these batteries.  However they only put out 30 amps per string.  That is 10 strings to get 300 amps continuous. I don't think you need that.  However be careful here. That is 1859 pounds.  $13,000.00160 to 200 mile range.  5 strings might get you the 100 mile range and 150 amp

I received the batteries quickly.  They were both 13.38vdc.  I did a 10 second load test.  My resistor smoked and the voltage held.  After testing the voltage on both batteries they were 13.35vdc.  I couldn't be happier.  However when installing in the eGo scooter They act like dead batteries.
