No, the RW does not always flouresce. And it can (did) get kind of nasty before it did show up. Doc's wood's light is much stronger than my $15 UV light ... his didn't floresce either! Which makes diagnosis more frustrating. Once you have a dx on one cat you can fairly assume the other
