authors are using a modified version of Word 2007. Even though this
is a modified version which guides the author to use the appropriate
paragraph and character styles, it will still export docx documents.

containing a number of unique ID attributes following this kind of
scheme: id="ABCD.03.55816DE001BDF8FA".
When importing this document into FrameMaker+SGML 5.5.6 (but 7.2
showed the same results), some values are, surpisingly,
