Hi Rick, I would use Photoshop. I've used both the color replacement tool and my method below. My method is not as fast as Stuart's suggestion of the replacement tool, but a complex subject may benefit from more tweaking than that tool provides. Both old and new images should be the same mode

The page includes one frame for the main chapter head only and one frame--for the rest of the page--that includes paragraphs and subsequent heads, including level 1 heads. I suspect that an errant end-of-flow tag in the chapter head frame may be the problem. No idea how it got there, it appear

Hi Wim, In the first case (catalog), I didn't set up the files so have no idea why that approach was taken. While the chapter start master page was built with a disconnected chapter-head frame, only a few of the actual book (body) chapter documents were that way--that is, all the others' chapter-h
