I know I'm going to regret getting into this, but while you are telling him
how wrong it may be to make a starwar game using starwar sounds, whatever
happened in the cases of, say, trek2000, and previous games that are
basically just blind copies of famous sighted games?

If you played before, you'll noticed that all the normal mobs are gone- the mud
is filled with new monsters, and new items!
Come check it out, this event only happens once a year and you cannot get the
same quests/fames/equipments
If anyone's got the layout of the character selection, it'd be nice if he/she
can pass it this way- so I don't have to spend a hour figuring out who is whom.
Also, need to find out how to unlock the hidden 28 characters- I can't find a
guide for the PS2 version online lol.

I find the speech in the beginning of single player mode extremely quiet
comparing to the rest of the sounds- I actually had to crank up the volume
to make out what he's saying even with headphones on.

Love the sounds and the new layout- but this is, for me who never got "that
good" on the alst one, even more frustrating- I can't walk out of the save zone
more than two blocks without dying lol.
Targetting is still nearly imposible, also got killed in the save zone again-
while donating an item
Thing is, while I see why the loot rate got dropped and the need to lose items
on death- it's like being tortured lol.

interested to know what they're supposed to be heh, the dogs are fairly
straight forward, the normal ones too, what about the rest? I think of tyrants
more like the tyrants from Resident Evil games- but those were not zom

I was level2, had 180 rep, I hit escape in safe zone, then clicked on
multiplayer game. and when I connected, I couldn't move, couldn't fire my
weapon or do any directional movement. so I hit escape, twice, still couldn't

I think one big problem is not how many zombies there are- or really, how
little loot- it's really how all the zombies seem to gather southeast of safe
zone- in fact, I loaded on the east side of the river once tonight, and I
walked the whole place and only ran into 5 zombies in total- and as so

resources, the way the zombies gather, it's easy for a person to ehad out of
safe zone, turn south, walk straight and kill tons of them without having to
go anywhere else.
Even with an axe and no med kitt I can just rack up 10

moving as you reload!
I tend to stop and reload where I stand...great way to get killed!
Just keep backing away as you reload- this way guns don't get broken as
much, and soon as you finish reloading, kill them dead.

of doom. That way the game doesn't act like a hearing exam for us lol.

That brings to mind a thought I had while playing last night- currently,
it's worth it more, for me anyway, to just donate everything and stick to
the axe- because, when I retrieve 12 shotgun shells, I have to think...can I
make 15 kills with these? Answer is no, so I might as well trade it in f

It happened to me too- and I died for it... I think again, we're supposed to
fight them on the run instead of standing there blasting away like Rambo- or

I've experenced this a few times when, I had the enemy lined up, hit it with
pistol no problem, yet my rifle doesn't hit it.
My tactic is to line up proper using a silenced pistol, and when that first
shot hit- assuming if it's a bigger enemy like a tyrant, then I switch to a

For me, the experience of using a mouse with swamp verses going without is
like comparing prime ribs to a regular steak- you have to try it, get used
to it, and then you see just how much better that mouse makes your gaming

Not sure if anyone's brought this up, but I find the current system makes
chainsaw rather useless. I believe that since it's a melee weapon, it has to
either not break, or break alot less- otherwise, the risk of losing 100 odd rep
using it and losing it is just not worth the time- might as well
The real life volcan minigun does need to be braced again user's
chest/stomach to be fired- when not mounted on anything.
But yeah, in most games you don't have to brace it at all.

I like silent killing, so I tend to snipe with either rifle and when things
get close, I find my range with silenced pistol, then once I hit it once
with pistol, I switch either to assault rifle or one of the shotguns to
bring it down fast.

The current problem as I see it is, you can play a character up to lev10, start
over, and do a second character up to lev10- and both will end up exact copies
of each other.
What if when we create a character, we get to choose what jobs/specialty we
have:
here's a few thoughts for example:

you can upgrade to a Ceska Scorpion- or some form of machine pistol, and at
lev7, up grade to a magnum- alot of damage but can't use silencer.

that you can't find any ammo for that machinegun you love to use- all you

realized that I was going to be late for work- so I made a dashe for safe zone

hunter is a good girl? For all we know, we can actually be playing the bad
guy here.

While I know the shotgun is loud and booming, and attracts lots of zombies,
some of the other gun sounds don't really follow that logic.
The sniper and hunting rifles for example, both are so loud that they make my
ear rings, yet they don't seem to catch zombie attention as well as the much
soft
Okay, took me days to get back into top shape after last death, and today, I
was feeling pretty good about my self- I had about 600 shotgun rounds for my
auto shotgun, over 200 rounds for my sniper rifle, 400 rounds for my hunting
rifle, etc.
Maybe it was the stress of spotting a huge group of z
I think awhile ago some people reported that they step into the factory,
hearing lots of flies, then died without hearing anything else...that just
happened to me- but was at the southeastern corner of the map...I came across
what sounded like a billion flies, I walked around, grabbing items lef
Weird, I was standing outside of safe zone, and all of a sudden this
crowd sound started up- like people talking and walking...like there's a
meeting in the sz lol...
I walked away then back again, and the same thing started up...
What the heck is that?!

As I was about to step through the hardware store entrance, I suddenly had a
very bad feeling which screamed, 'You're going to die!'
So I drew my pistol and pumped three rounds through the entrance--- and heard
