I haven't posted on this issue yet, but I just have to chime up.
I think the idea behind the plugin is kinda dumb.
I also think that no one is being forced to use it, and attacking msleeper
for it isn't helpful. If his idea is so dumb, no one is going to use his
plugin...no need for a bajillion
We've got some players who are unable to use unlocks on our server but have
no problems on others.
I swear I saw this talked about in the last couple days, but with all the
noise about achievements I can't find it.

To unsubscribe, edit your
this issue with my unlocks, but restarting steam/TF2 fixed it. I
haven't noticed a server-wide issue, though i do know if the server
loses its steam connection it sometimes needs a full reboot to reclaim it

Andrew Simpson shared this on the list awhile back:

While you're right, using noborder is pretty awesome anyway. Makes alt-tab
almost instantaneous.

Correct.
Being able to alt-tab out of your game to administrate the server IS
relevant to server administration.

Agreed. It was everyone's response that has devolved this list.

I used to have this problem, but after a couple of reboots it went away.
And yes, I realize that makes no sense.

I can also confirm this, I get people saying they cant get unlockables on

As far as I can tell, the whole L4D server-joining and filtering system just
doesn't work reliably at this point.

Aside from the gameplay itself, its f***ing baffling to see how its won
any
awards. Its getting sick now, and ech time im in a lobby, players just
slag
it off no end.
