What is the supposed difference between HI and HE to REXX?
I have never been able to terminate an errant exec under TSO
with an HI (even though the response to ATTN tells me I can).
Is there anything that would make HI work in some installations
but not others?

I reblocked an XMIT dataset of a PDS to BLKSIZE=27920 and
TSO RECEIVE had no trouble processing it. I assume that means
there is no technical reason that the blocksize has to be 3120

MAXTHREADS parm for a specific address space. After looking at a
dump IBM (Tivoli Storage Manager lvl 2) says we are still using our
BPXPRM value.
