I think you have to be an administrator which is assigned in the startup
parms for HSM to use the LIST command. I'm too lazy to get my CDs out to
check, but I'm pretty sure thats the case. If you don't know how to do it,
I'd bet you aren't an administrator.

The abend code indicates an SVC abend. The F indicates a user SVC, the 13
indicates SVC 13, if I remember correctly. That doesn't make sense though
because 13 is the ABTERM routine called when a program abends.

without comments, they would either change their ways, or find a different
job.
As to the comment I quoted below, if the code works, or does what it is
supposed to, it can't be all bad.

Could it just take that long for it to come up?
According to RMF Mon 3, my lpar is taking 1.4% of CPU steadily. Early in the
IPL, it had as much as 10% for a 100 second interval.
Any thoughts?
