Could having No Main Relay Be an issue?
Yes, I think you're on to something there. Try switching it to Relay for
addresses and enter the IP
common to all IMail

delete mailwelc.txt, or welcome.html? That error message indicates you deleted
welcome.html. Deleting or renaming mailwelc.txt from the /web directory will
definitely prevent the welcome page from showing up after login, as Eric

Sure, if you hand-edit the hundreds of img references scattered through

Have you tested with stock templates yet? There's nothing in KWM that
should cause any speed difference with the admin functions. Is the admin
console on the server slow, too?

code/link pointing to the Forward form. Do an OS-level search for files
containing the text you want to find/remove.
With KillerWebMail, you can just set the config_HideForwardingOption.cgi
