My *guess* is some sort of unclosed tag, or malformed entry, in the
bibliography file, for Reference [4]. Note that the page numbers are italicized
at the end of [4], and that the [5] is also italicized (and overlays the [6]).

A suggestion:
You could use the unsrt bibliography style. That will put
the references in order of appearance. You can then
use the \nocite command in the beginning of the
document to get the order you want.
I haven't tried this, but it should work -- but
you have to manually sort the refer

would be useless since all the references are in the thesis, and both

Mmmm, OK. Now, when I make a *which bibtexall*, the terminal say
/usr/local/bin/bibtexall. I think it isn't OK, because the warning persist.
I've done a *sudo chmod 777 /usr/local/bin/bibtexall *to make it executable
for all users, and texhash to make it locatable.

Bibtexall is in /Users/monicreque/Library/texmf/bibtexall. If I do *which
bibtexall* in the console, it says:
* no bibtexall in /opt/local/bin /opt/local/sbin /bin /sbin /usr/bin

And if I do *bibtexall* says:
* bibtexall: command not found
