Someone has been trying to spam wiki.lyx.org by having a script repated
upload files... (most likely this is the guy that Juergen was spending
a lot of time cleaning up after - thanks for all that work Juergen!).
After I while I discovered the uploading was done using our normal upload
manager
The spammer has created upload directories and placed .html-files there...

is not registered.
