The best solution here is to create a playlist for your iPhone, and have
iTunes sync selected playlists, rather than the entire library.
This is actually what you want to do, just using different terms.
You need not create a new iTunes library, just add songs and artists to a
playlist, then

IOS is a huge advantage in terms of smoothness of operation. I've used Windows
with JAWS since 1995. Since July 2009 I've use a Mac at home, and most of the
time Windows at work. I agree with the person who said
