I agree that "Live Mixxx" and "Crossfade" are my favorites so far. I am

The MIDI mapping GUI needs to be documented. Who wrote this?
I think Chapter 5, the overview of the interface, needs the most work to
reflect the new skins.
I think Chapter 10 could be split up into 2 or 3 chapters with some
sections moved to other places in the manual. 17 sections in one
Given how much is left to do, I think it'd be better for 1.12 to leave
this out so users search for a more up-to-date version on the forum
rather than load an incomplete one and not bother looking on the forum.

fader & knob caps. I also added info about headphones and in-ear
monitors to the top.

The wiki does not allow uploading SVGs, so I converted them to PNGs.
Where would be a good place to publish the SVGs? Maybe the manual GitHub
