A friend and I spent a couple of hours this morning at the PMA Sydney
(Photo Marketing Association) biennial imaging technology show at
Darling Harbour. The exhibition comes to Sydney every two years
(although we missed out in 2007 due to APEC).

some time now. So, at least I wouldn't be surprised at all to see one
very soon. Besides, all those advanced compacts and bridge cameras do

touched. A second cabinet with sigma lenses was right next to it, none of

The Sony Full Frame SLR with Image stabilization is interesting. I
guess all those who said you couldn't have in body stabilization with
26x36mm sensors were just wrong. It is an ugly camera though. (I guess
Sony fired all the Minolta styling people that Konica hadn't).

perfect. But for now, it is the best deal by far.

I count 5 Pentax DSLR models. based on major differences. The D,
DS/DS2, DL/DL2, K100, K110, K10. I'm not sure if the K100 and K110 are
enough different to warrant being considered separate models

a fairly aggressive release schedule for a long time. If you are
