Sorry, no workaround I'm working hard on the update.
The problem is Apple won't let me do an update with the existing watchOS
app anymore so the all new version needs to be ready. Which it mostly is
but I need to sort out stubborn bug or two.

Hm, this should not be needed. I _did_ mean the server cache, you did
not get this wrong.
One reason it might help is if the memory on your iPhone is completely
used up (the disk) because flushing the cache will free up some space
but if this is really the reason I'd expect the issues to come back

since I switched to the release for 7.9.1.

No, opening a single album will not directly cause issues, that has a
title (the album title).
Opening a collection of albums (e.g. through the all songs item for an
artist) and then opening a context menu will cause the crash when
backing out.

The Crashing issue of iPeng 9 which I reported previously seems to
happen mainly when adding tracks to the current playing playlist. But it
is still intermittent. The app has crashed more than 10 times within the
past 20 minutes.
Not sure if you are receiving my crash reports. Ive definately got
OK, I can finally reproduce both bugs. Hopefully have fixes. Update
early next week.
