I hear you. I think we suffer the same affliction. I have just labeled
them "cold sensations" Doesn't matter what my temperature is. I tell
caregivers I feel cold and they want to take my temperature and pile
blankets on That just drives my temperature up. It doesn't make me feel
warmer. I

And its only in the 60s, you east coast people must just freeze.
I ear a tshirt at night and earmuffs. Otherwise I end up with blankets
over my face.
I think my health is finely back to pretty good. Though still not very

I use space heaters, heating blankets, microwave pads, etc. All work OK,
but I feel even colder when I stop them. My best help is layered shirts,
t-shirt and fleece heavy shirt and a fleece hat. I sleep with the hat
on. But at least most days are sunny.

Do any of you ever get cold hands?For the last few months, I have noticed that

You must have missed my "I'm back" post with your illness. You and
I talked here years ago and we're identical twins in the cold
department. When I found out you were moving I thought "I wish I
had that option" I found a drug called imipramine that helped
Chicago has been enjoying 60 degree weather this week. Yes, we've had
some rains too but the warm weather has promoted some SPRING action with Mother
Nature. We are hoping this weather sticks around until Spring, but we
don't know for sure.

I'm so glad to hear that you too used a hair dryer to get warm. I thought
I was tho only one. I went to college at Ramapo at the bordered of New Jersey
and New York. Sunday night I got stuck in the snow and ice until a fellow
student cam by about 45 minutes later. I had a 1976 model

spasms. I suffered from them for years and it was miserable. The answer is
ditropan. It eases the spasms and stops the sweating. For me it is a miracle

in the same room. i just put it down to the fact that when you have a serious
spinal injury,the bodies thermostat no longer works,therefore,we might be

I agree Houston. It's a lot easier to get warm that it is to get
cool. Our summers aren't too hard here in Maryland but when it gets really
hot, I feel so drained and sick. The cold only makes me hurt but I can
still function. I could easily pass out from being
