Anyone have ideas for a new powerchair? Hoping for 7.5mph + Most seem to be 4-5 mph. Is the Quantum still good? I use a Quickie QM 710 Thx Greg

My new chair is not as powerful as my last. I guess its a trade off with speed. I was on a dirt road and pulled off to the side for a truck, got stuck. No torque, once I did get moving, it would not turn. While stuck, twice cars came right by me, I'm waving both arms... they just waved back.

All companies the same. They do not give a crap about fitting the best chair. They should not get away with this. Until you find a company that really cares and takes the time to evaluate you, You have to really spend the time to research your self. Then ask for a demo to try for a few weeks.
