I was 40 at the time, i'm now 50. Don't know if I can last 10 more, but i'm

My wife only put a binder on me the 1st week or so, then said forget it---it is
just to much work to put on each day.so for nearly 10 years I look like

bend over chest over knees , make sure feet are on footrests.then have
someone give a quick push back on both knees, you will go all the way back
