Get 2 of them. Repurpose an old Radian or XW well over 100A. XW+ is 140adc.

The Conext gateway is wifi and the whole conext power system is Wifi
accessible. I guess the question really is to me, when will Outback do
this?
I use both and do like having both wired ethernet and wifi. Just more
redundancy offgrid.

Not surprising Zome is gone. They were a very expensive way, dollars per
watt to fill up a 6 or 8 inch pole mount, I thought.

And another battery fire in Fairfield. I tried to find the type but they
sound like type NMC lithium used in cars. Let me know if you find the type
please.

Yes ! CI2 has been down since friday for 3 of us. Probably some pretty
big things going on when you can't go to work. I heard the server needs to
be re-booted. My droid table app works at the house but both apple and
droid phones are down.

their own inverter you get redundancy and more days of autonomy. It costs
more and people need training but peace of mind is very good thing. Good
for the user and good for the practitioner.

Another way to buy more time with simplyphi would be to minimize LBCO
hysteresis voltage and LBCO delay time. This would shut down the inverter
sooner. They appear to be set at the defaults and could go lower.

I see what you mean Ray. Sorry I misread your mail. There are not too
many batteries out there that need LBCO above 48V. Which ones are you
talking about please?

Brush does not count as grass. An array
should survive a grass fire. Brush would be much more dangerous and must be
kept clear as it is a much larger heat source than grass. I hope this is
helpful.

Hi David,
They all work but none of them can get Soc and a few other
things out to Optics unless you add an external Outback Battery monitor.
Outback has said they plan to have their own Lithium battery out in the
Fall.

The Honda EU7000i also has it's own remote start kit that plugs into a
socket on the genset. I think it has a 140 foot cable. About as easy to
install as there is. Incredible life and reliability. We do not need a
genset here but many of my clients use these.

After almost 30 years offgrid the last thing I want is something that can
fault out the solar or worse when I am away. Networks can be the enemy at
times. Less is more offgrid in my opinion.
