Well there are plenty of things you can mix into the veggie mixture to make it smell more appetizing, like an oil... either coconut, olive, flax, salmon... make sure its an oil that is healthy. Don't use processed oils, but oils that have been cold pressed. The veggies I make are also very mushy.
