I prefer not to get colds and flu in the first place. So I use CS in ways that prevent aquiring them. Easy to prevent, difficult to get rid of once the virus has taken hold. So far I've not had the flu even once in the past 6 or 7 years (since I stopped getting flu shots and started using CS).
