While checking issue no 7749 (Tooltip in Message Editor status bar contains
unnecessary spaces) - which is fixed BTW - I realized that the tooltips in
message editor are blinking as long as the mouse hovers over them; for
about three seconds the tooltip is shown,
then it's gone

as well but disabling Everywhere does not disable the other options
again?

drop-down-field of the New-Message-Button, even when the message is
plain-text and than is switched to HTML-only. (Plain-text only is standard
on my PC). Using macro SETEDITOR=4works as well; the picture is inserted.
Tested with a JPG-file.

The HTML engine, the MAPI engine and the IMAP engine are all broken,
As far as I can see, it started in v4.2.10.4
HTML-messages that were displayed acceptable fine aren't readable any more.

of the scrollbar a little bit downwards.
Clicking the square on the scroll bar afterwards makes the square to jump
downwards. The jump size increases with every click.
