If it is a critical site, it is best to try to setup dual sources of power..

The rocket AC radios have a very very very nice web interface which will pretty
much tell you what is wrong, it takes a bit to get the hang of it... the
constellation, local interference, remote interference etc.

if you are seeing stuck beacons then these are XM radios...
Consider replacing one of them for the newer XW version, and see if your
problem goes away...

the biggest difference, i guess is, no stuck beacon issue, which is due to the
atheros chip set in the XM radio.
the issue only shows up on the AP side, in environments that have moderate to
high interference.
using the XM for CPE's is perfectly fine.

The radomes for the 2ft and 3ft dishes are 'generic', i.e. the same radome will
fit dishes of that size from other mfg as we.. look for 3ft dish radome from
your fav supplier.
The suckers are pretty large :)
