original warning notioce was for a developer's beta, which came out one week
BEFORE the PUBLIC beta was released. No change was made to improve the
functioning of VoiceOver with Watch OS 7 during those seven days.
They first need to have turned Send as SMS on, in Messages | Settings.
Otherwise Apple will send SMS texts as iMessages which non-Apple phones
won't get.

What have you tried in order to fix this? Whenever I’ve had that hproblem,
and it’s been a while since I had it, a shutdown and restart of the phone
has fixed it. Perhaps turning off and then turning VoiceOver on, may not be
sufficient to solve it. It might have something to do with

a prompt during the import process, something like ‘this podcast feeds

forecast of conditions. I would also encourage those
interested to check out the AppleVis podcast on Weather Gods, which
was done back in 2016. You should be able to search for it in Safari
and listen through the browser.

using an SE.?? The forecast appears to be there as you said, but using VO it
is nearly impossible to locate reliably or in a timely manner
